Cultural Events: EduFestivals celebrating all the meaningful relationships that surround childhood

UNDER THE PEEPAL TREE – Dad Child Festival

UNDER THE PEEPAL TREE – Dad Child Festival celebrates the special bond between fathers and children through a nature-inspired, open-air event focused on cultural appreciation. Each year, the festival highlights the folk and literary culture of a different
Indian state through engaging workshops, activities, and performances. By immersing themselves in art, music, games, and traditions, children develop ethnic pride and cultural awareness, fostering a positive self-image and diverse social connections as they grow. This festival offers a unique opportunity for fathers and children to connect while exploring India’s rich cultural heritage in a joyful and interactive setting.

Junk Art Festival – Rewind. Recycle. Reuse

Junk Art Festival – Rewind. Recycle. Reuse is an eco-conscious event for children aged 4 to 13, designed to promote environmental awareness by focusing on repair, repurposing, and upcycling as alternatives to a “use and throw” culture. Children engage in activities like repurposing fashion, creative crafts, book swaps, kitchen waste gardening, and junk music circles while learning to transform common household waste into reusable items through hands-on workshops. The festival also includes discussions on sustainable living and conscious consumption, along with artisan showcases and wellness sessions for parents, creating a holistic experience for all.
